I thoroughly enjoyed attending the Midwest LSA Expo. There were many informative sessions on the potential changes to light sport aviation. I checked out a number of S-LSA airplanes. I got to test fly the one pictured, a TL Sport – Sirius. Nothing like that new airplane smell.

We stumbled across some old photographs. My sister Sue took these when I stopped in LaCrosse on a student cross country flight, August 8, 1990. This was back when I had hair and a waist.

A beautiful Sunday morning flight down to Portage for a pancake breakfast.
